Hello! Today I am part of the Stamp of Approval blog hop in honor of a fun and new something called the Stamp of Approval Box by Catherine Pooler. More information about that box + a giveaway can be found at the end of this blog post.
When I received the box, I didn’t know which stamp sets to use first so I reached out to the die cuts. I used the flower die cuts from CAS-ual Fridays to create watercolored flowers with Distress Inks.
After die cutting the flowers, I knew I wanted to create something sparkly and something that would match with the colors of the flowers. A while ago, I received some beautiful new embossing powders from WOW and while I mostly struggle with yellow, I decided to use the Daytona Sands embossing powder. This is a gorgeous yellow embossing powder with silver glitter. So pretty! I created a die cut word with it using the Friend die cut from CAS-ual Fridays.
STAMP OF APPROVAL BOX
The Stamp of Approval box is a quarterly box filled with lots of products ( the first box includes 3 stamp sets, 4 die cuts, one stencil and one sequin pack) that can be used to create many different cards. You can combine these products with products you already own to create dozens of projects! The difference between this box and a card kit is that a kit usually comes with only one stamp set, paper, etc. This box comes with stamps, dies, a stencil and some embellishments. The products in this box are handpicked by Catherine and even helped design some of it.
Do you want to win a Stamp of Approval box? Simply leave a comment here! You can increase your chances by commenting on every stop of the hop. If you already purchased your box, you will be reimbursed. Comments close on Friday at noon EST and winners will be announced on CP.com. Good luck! 🙂

I already had the privilege to create with the brand new Stamp of Approval box by Catherine Pooler and now I am also thrilled to announce that I will be guest designing for the challenges over at StampNation. This month’s first challenge is called: Friends. That means that you have to make a card to send to a friend you haven’t seen in awhile. Here’s a sneak peek of my project. If you are a member over at StampNation, be sure to check out the challenge along with my full project and projects by the other talented design team members. I hope to see you there and that you will play along! xo
