Hi, friends! On Monday, my crafty friend Marika visited me. We made a card together and had so much fun. πŸ˜„ We decided to make a Springtime Shaker Card with Hello Bluebird Stamps and Dies along with two terrific stencils from My Favorite Things.

Make sure to watch the video below for tips and tricks on how to make this card.

First, I stamped and colored images from the Springtime and McGregor’s Garden Stamp Sets from Hello Bluebird. Like I mentioned in the video, my coloring technique is beginner friendly and super fun to do!

Next, I created a scene with the Mini Cloud Edges Stencil from My Favorite Things along with their Grassy Edges Stencil. Of course I used Distress Oxide Inks to do the blending. These inks are such a joy to work with! 😍

Afterwards, I made the frame for my shaker using a die cut from the Stitched Rectangles Die Cut Set from Lawn Fawn. This time I used Scotch Foam Mounting Tape to add dimension instead of Fun Foam and liquid adhesive. However, both ways work! Finally, I filled up the shaker with the Pink Lemonade Couture Mix from The Ton along with Sparkling Clear and Lime Sorbet Sequins from Pretty Pink Posh.
