Teacher Appreciation Cards (Tonic Studios Garden Party Release Blog Hop Day 2)

Hi, friends! Today I’m part of the Tonic Studios Garden Party Release Blog Hop celebrating brand new adorable and beautiful stamp sets. Please make sure to keep on reading until the bottom for more information on the blog hop order, giveaway and discount code! 🙂

In today’s video, I’m making two teacher appreciation cards using the brand new Celebrate Success and the Celebrate Sentiments stamp sets. I decided to work with a fun rainbow color scheme.

I stamped the images with Tonic Nuvo Black Shadow Hybrid Ink and colored them with Nuvo Alcohol Markers.

To stamp the colored pencils in a circular shape, I used a circle die. This makes it so much easier! Make sure to erase the pencil lines before coloring the images. Otherwise you’ll be left with the little marks.

For the sentiments banners, I heat embossed a greeting from the Celebrate Sentiments stamp set with the Nuvo Clear Mark Pad and white embossing powder.

To finish off the cards, I added a coat of sparkle with a Nuvo Aqua Flow Pen and some extra shine with Nuvo Crystal Glaze.
