Hello! Today I’m part of the 31 Days of Halloween Spooktacular Video Hop. This is a month-long event of paper crafters sharing a new Halloween themed project on their YouTube Channel and Instagram profile every single day! 😄 Today is day 14 and I’m stoked to be part of it. Make sure to check out the bottom of my blog post for more information on the video hop.
For this special occasion, I decided to make an adorable Halloween card with the Fab-boo-lous Stamp Set from My Favorite Things. It’s an oldie, but goodie! 😍
First, I stamped and colored all of the images with Copic Sketch Markers. I had so much fun coloring these adorable dressed up ghosts. Awww!! Then, I used the Foursquare Backdrop Die from Lawn Fawn to create a frame. I used Faded Jeans and Seedless Preserves Distress Oxide Ink to color the squares.
Next, I added sparkly watercolor splatters with Kuretake Gansai Tambi Silver Watercolor Paint and a lot of water. After making sure the Black Soot Distress Oxide Ink was dry, I heat embossed a sentiment with Opaque Bright White Embossing Powder.
