Hello, sweet friends! It’s Laura here and today I am sharing two cute cards with you. Today’s blog post is part of the Pretty Pink Posh Product Release Blog Hop in honor of the new dies. More information about this blog hop can be found at the end of this blog post.¬†

For my first card, I used the new and sweet You Gnome Me stamp set from My Favorite Things to create a sequin shaker card. I used the new Stitched Banner Duo 2 die cut set from Pretty Pink Posh along with gorgeous and pastel colored patterned paper by Avery Elle.

I filled up my sequin shaker with a variety of the new PPP sequins. ūüôā

For my second card, I used the adorable Ella and Friends stamp set from Mama Elephant. That big elephant simply makes me happy. I couldn’t resist using the sweet bunny as well. If you want to see how I colored these images, I recommend watching THIS video.

I also decided to use the new Garden embellishment kit from Pretty Pink Posh. What caught my eye was the use of purple. To coordinate¬†with the new sequin mixes, I used Milled Lavender distress ink to create a background. After adding a foiled strip of patterned paper, I thought that the card could use an extra oomph. (For a video on how to use this patterned paper, click HERE.) I decided to add some green baker’s twine, which is also included in the new embellishment kit. ūüôā

Hey, fellow stampers! I hope you’re having a wonderful weekend. My weekend is super busy since I have a lot of tests and assignments for school. Anyway, I still managed to film a¬†Saturday Stamp Day video for you so that makes me very happy. ūüôā

In today’s video I used the adorable Ella and Friends stamp set and die cut set from Mama Elephant. The big elephant and coordinating little elements are so cute. I stamped the bunny and big elephant this time and I colored them using Copic markers. By the way, I have a discount code at the end of this blog post.

Foil and watercolors is a match made in heaven. The 3×4 journaling clouds from the Up in the Clouds collection from Pinkfresh Studio make my heart happy. Today I used a beautiful journaling card that has gold foil and soft watercolors on it. For the greeting, I used the Bubble Talk stamp and die cut set from WPlus9. Finally, I finished off my card using a variety of brand new Pretty Pink Posh sequins. ūüôā

That’s it for today! Thanks so much for stopping by. xo

I used one of the fantastic 3×4 journaling cards to create a sequin shaker card. Those gold foiled hearts are absolutely gorgeous. I die cut a circle out of it using a die from WPlus9. Afterwards, I filled up my shaker using a variety of Pretty Pink Posh sequins. To coordinate with the gold hearts, I used Pinkfresh Studio gold rub-ons to create little gold leaves. Finally, I die cut the¬†W&W In a Word: Cheers Cutaway.¬†¬†I gave it a lot of dimension by adhering a layer of Fun Foam¬†and¬†foam squares. ūüôā

Hey, stampers. This week,¬†Winnie & Walter are premiering their April/ May release. Today we are showcasing: Mini Scenery: Multifaceted + My Precious + Sparkle + True + Cover Model: Multifaceted Cutaway. Visit¬†the Winnie & Walter blog¬†for links to projects of the other design team members.¬†Remember,¬†these products will be available for purchase on May 1st. ūüôā

What can I say? Since “diamonds are a girl’s best friend”, I decided to showcase the super pretty My Precious stamp set and the Sparkle stamp set. The My Precious stamp set is simply fantastic. There are 11 different gems included in this set. The ones that caught my eye the most, were the small ones. Obviously, I couldn’t resist to create a black and white background with them. Just to give them a bit of an extra oomph, I went around the edges of the gems using a BG10 Copic marker. Those little twinkles are stamped using the new Sparkle stamp set.

For the full panel of the card, I used several die cut sets including the Katharine Cutaways set from Winnie & Walter, Large Stitched Rectangles by Lawn Fawn and Stitched Duo 2 from Pretty Pink Posh. See those stitched lines around the sequin shaker? I did that using the Stitched Duo 2 die cut set from Pretty Pink Posh. Instead of die cutting it, I dried emboss it using some rubber mats. You can watch THIS video for more about that technique.

Shake it, shake it, baby. That’s what I thought when seeing all of these gems together. I created another sequin shaker using different sizes of the Sparkling Clear sequins by Pretty Pink Posh. For the inside of the shaker, I created a watercolored panel using the Kuretake Gansai watercolors. I used the set of 36 colors, but the 24 set works for this as well. ūüôā

That’s it for now. Thanks for stopping by!
