Happy Friday, friends! Here in Belgium all the kids and teachers are enjoying their 2-week Easter Holiday. 💛 Yay!

Today I’m sharing another pop-up box card featuring the brand new Honey Bunnies Stamp Set from Hello Sweetums along with the Scalloped Pop-Up Box Card Dies from Lawn Fawn. Make sure to watch the video for more tips and tricks.

First, I stamped and colored a bunch of images from the Honey Bunnies Stamp Set from Hello Sweetums. Next, I die cut the two main panels for the pop-up box card. Afterwards, I die cut three of the inserts. I colored them with Twisted Citron Distress Oxide Ink and then die cut a grassy border using the Grassy Border Die Cut from Lawn Fawn.

I adhered all of the images to the inserts with Nuvo Deluxe Adhesive. I find it easier to do this before adhering the inserts inside of the box. Double sided adhesive was added to the flaps of the inserts and then I adhered the inserts into the box while it was still flat.

Finally, I die cut some panels out of patterned paper to decorate the outside and inside panels of the pop-up box card. To finish off the card, I stamped a sentiment with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink.

That’s it for now. Thank you so much for stopping by. Sending big crafty hugs! 😘

Hi, crafty friends! Recently I discovered Hello Sweetums, a small family business based in Australia. I was in awe of their cute and playful designs and had to try out some of these stamps myself. For today’s blog post and video, I decided to play with the Crafty Companions set which is available for pre-order. Estimated shipping date is September 1st.

I colored the paintbrush, bottle of glue and washi tape with Copic Sketch Markers. My two go-to supplies or coloring with these markers are Memento Tuxedo Black ink and Simon Says Stamp 120# Ultra Heavy Weight White Card Stock. It’s seriously a match made in heaven. Something about that card stock makes blending much smoother and easier.

Because I wanted these crafty images to steal the spotlight, I adhered them to a white die cut circle with foam squares. Using a basic geometric shape like a circle or rectangle really makes your stamps pop more! I used the Nestabillities Standard Circles SM Etched Die Cut Set from Spellbinders. This is my go-to circle die cut set since I like the variety of the sizes.

Next, I took a piece of patterned paper and cut it to 2, 1/2 inch wide. To add an extra pop of color, I adhered this piece of paper to Robin’s Blue card stock from Bazzill. Finally, I finished off this card with a Spectrum Noir Sparkle Pen, a coat of Tonic Nuvo Crystal Glaze and a couple of Tonic Nuvo White Blizzard and Aquatic Mist Glitter Drops.

That’s it for now. Thanks for stopping by. I’ll see you soon. 💛
