Good morning, friends! Today I’m excited and honored to be guest designing for Sunny Studio Stamps. This time I’m featuring the Tiny Dancers set from their newest release to make a cute and girly prima ballerina birthday card. 👯‍♀️

Make sure to watch the video tutorial below. Check the supply list at the end of this blog post for links to all the products I used to make this card.

I had lots of fun coloring these ballerinas. I experimented with different skin tones and hair colors. I’ll be doing some more research on different skin and hair color combinations because I could use some more variety. Make sure to leave your recommendations in the comment section below.

I like when a stamp set comes with smaller designs. These are perfect to make your own background or add a fun little finishing touch to a card. In this case I used the flower to make a background. I colored them to match with the ballerinas. I really love how that turned out.

To fill up the center dot of the flowers I used Nuvo Drops from Tonic. I used Carnation Pink, Caribbean Ocean and Dandelion Yellow to match with the flowers and ballerinas. To add an extra pop of glitter I used Gold Dust glitter card stock from Tonic. It’s the perfect dose of bling-bling. ⭐️ Finally I adhered a small strip of patterned paper and applied Tonic’s Crystal Glaze.

That’s it for now. Make sure to leave your go-to Copic color combinations for skin and hair colors in the comment section. I’d like to hear! Big hugs. 💛

For my project, I’m featuring festive products from Sunny Studio Stamps. I made an interactive slider card that I think you will love! Unfortunately, I don’t have a video tutorial this time. I made this card in bits and pieces in between studying and working on college assignments. So next time I’ll have a video for you! 🙂

I started out by masking off a snow hill with masking paper. Then I used Tumbled Glass ( HLM | AMZUS | ELH | SSS ), Broken China ( HLM | AMZUS | ELH | SSS )and Faded Jeans Distres Ink ( HLM | AMZUS | ELH | SSS ) to create a winter sky. To add some texture, I used Texture Paste  HLM | AMZUS | AMZUS | ELH ) and a stencil for a snow effect. I sprinkled on some glitter from Tonic ( HLM | AMZUS | SSS ). I’m in love with this glitter! It’s so sparkly and has a very fine texture. However, it’s SUPER messy and it gets everywhere. But it’s really worth it.

After creating my circle base, I stamped a cute penguin from the Snow Kissed stamp set from Sunny Studio Stamps ( HLM | SNN | SSS ). I colored this little guy with Copic markers and then used the coordinating die to cut him out. Next it was time to create my slider piece! I used the Slider dies from Lawn Fawn ( HLM | SSS | ELH | AMZUS ) for that. Finally, I used a sparkle pen from Spectrum Noir ( HLM | AMZUS | ELH | SSS ) and the Clear Glaze from Tonic ( TNCUK | AMZUS | SSS ). You know how much I like to finish a card with some shimmer and shine! 🙂
