Hello, sweet friends! Welcome to another Saturday Stamp Day video. In today’s video I am using the Willy & Friends stamp set from Waffle Flower along with the Kuretake Gansai Tambi watercolor set.

The Willy & Friends set has won my heart. I am a huge fan of it because there are so many fun elements in this set to customize your own monkey. The possibilities are endless! I created a Hula monkey wearing a flower necklace, a flower in its fur and a skirt.

After Copic Coloring the monkey, I added some sparkle and shine using a Clear Wink of Stella pen and Glossy Accents. When you use these two mediums together, you will get a super shiny effect. Then, I created a speech bubble on this card using the same stamp set. I knew I wanted to have some bright pink so I used WOW! Florida Sunset embossing powder. This is a pink embossing powder with gold glitters. So pretty!

It has been a while since I used the Kuretake Gansai Tambi watercolor box. In total, I used four different colors (no. 31, 33, 34 and 40) to achieve a bold and happy look. These colors are available in both the set of 24 colors and the set of 36 colors. What I like about these watercolors is how bright these are even after adding only one layer of color. Last but not least, I adhered Lemon Drop sequins from Pretty Pink Posh and three different colors from The Ton. It’s hard to pick a favorite, but I really am loving the sequin mixes from The Ton and their colored clear sequins. They are simply the best!

That’s it for now. I will be back very soon! xo

Hello, friends! First I want to thank you for your overwhelming support towards my 7K Video Hop. Your positive feedback makes me so happy. It means a lot to me!

In today’s video I am showing how to create a shaker card using vellum, a beautiful embossing powder from WOW! and a variety of lovely sequins from The Ton.

I started out by heat embossing the Peony Garden cling background stamp from The Ton using Atlantic Seaspray embossing powder from WOW. This is a light blue embossing powder with some gold glitter in it. In real life, the embossing powder looks even prettier. Super sparkly and classy!

After creating the embossed background, I knew I wanted to make a sequin shaker card. In the video you saw me mixing a lot of sequins together. Guess what? I shouldn’t have used the beads and stars for this shaker card since you aren’t able to see them because of the vellum. If I had created a shaker card using clear acetate, you would have seen the stars and beads. So for this shaker card, I only should have used the Ocean Breeze sequins. Oh well, I learned my lesson now! 🙂 (Btw, after photographing this card I cut the shaker open to save my precious little beads and stars. LOL!)

That’s it for now! See you later! xo

Hello, friends! Today is the day both you and I have been waiting for. It’s time for my 7000 YouTube Subscribers Video Hop and I couldn’t be more excited. Are you ready to be blown away with inspiration from amazing guest designers and eight giveaways? Be sure to keep on reading until the end of this blog post for all the details about the video hop order, the giveaways AND a discount code.

In this video, I am showing how to create a marbled effect using nail polish and water. It’s an easy and fast technique once you get the hang of it. Be sure to use filtered room temperate water and a nail polish that’s not too thick or too thin. Simply fill a plastic container and add droplets of nail polish by holding the brush very close to the water’s surface.

For this special occasion, I decided to create another sequin shaker! I used a beautiful die from Winnie & Walter as the main part of the shaker. I wanted the sequins to match the marble piece perfectly so I grabbed a bunch of sequins from both The Ton and Pretty Pink Posh. Both shops offer beautiful sequins in a huge variety of colors. I love using them, but you probably already knew that, right? 🙂

HOP, HOP, HOP

The video hop starts on my YouTube Channel (the video you just watched above) and then every video will end with a link to the next stop on the hop. These links can be found in the video descriptions. You should be able to continue on after each video without problems. If the links don’t work for some reason, here’s a list of all videos.

Thank you to all of these wonderful and talented designers to join me for this special occasion! There wouldn’t be a video hop without you!
